We need to upload the images to the server if the user would like to create/crop/edit a passport photo. Uploaded images are stored on the server in the following versions:

  • Source image: Uploaded by the user. The passport photo is created from this version.
  • Work image/Preview: Created automatically upon upload for editing and preview purposes.
  • Final image: Created after the user clicks on download option.

Retention: All photos are available for 60 minutes via the My Photos screen. Paid orders are securely stored for up to 48 hours until fully served and delivered. After this period, all versions are permanently removed from our servers.

Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.
